            to Camp9, our Silesian countryside hideaway

It is located next to the city of Tarnowskie Góry in the middle of Upper Silesia, a wonderful and exciting area to visit. Whether you want to stay and relax for a couple of days or you are on your way through to Ukraine, Rumania, the Tatra Mountains or Slowakia, the Camp-9ers always offer a hearty welcome to all true travellers. We care about a quiet and relaxing atmosphere and recommend guests should be over 14 years old.

Why “nature” campground?

Out of conviction we are fully ecological outfitted. You will drink and shower purified suface water from our pond (checked regularely for drinking quality). Waste water is biologically cleaned to an amount of 99% and then returned to nature. Since 2017, hot water comes from our heat pump. Although it is not obligatory in Poland, yet (and it actually costs extra to do so), we segregate our waste and hope, you will join forces with us. There are segregation waste bins at the campsite and a bio compost box as well. Even though the campsite is our only income, we saved hard and installed our first row of solar panels in March 2022. Our next step towards a cleaner environment and personal independence.

Dear Guests, dogs are unfortunately not allowed at the inner camping area of Camp9. Nevertheless, for a night or two, we offer a fenced, paved area right in front of Camp9, where you can wire up your camper or caravan, still enjoy the comfort of Camp9 and be next to your furred friend. Should you have any questions concerning this matter, please, feel free to ask.

Please, also note: due to our biological waste water purifying system, there is no chemical toilet dump at Camp9.
